The first edition of the WFO Foundry Young Researchers and Early Career Professionals Conference was held on April 18, 2023. Registration is open until June 30, 2023, and presentations can be viewed as on-demand videos.
The conference provides an excellent opportunity to interact with young researchers and professionals who are still in the early stages of their careers in our industry. The program will feature advanced technical research on topics such as casting solutions, digital foundry or circular economy and sustainability, presented by leading young professionals in the industry.
The authors of the top three papers from the conference, as selected by the Scientific Advisory Board, will receive an invitation to GIFA 2023 in Düsseldorf, Germany, where they can present their work live to the industry and strengthen their contacts and networking with the global foundry industry.
